Theatre is a shared experience.

  • Classes at Firelight are for the newcomer and the seasoned performer. Our offerings have ranged from Scene Study to Voice Lessons to Devising Theatre. We treasure our student community, many of whom are collaborators on our theatre + film projects. We’d love to hear what you’d love to study and practice.

For current offerings, see our Classes + Workshops.

  • During production, we seek House Manager Volunteers to greet our audience and assist with seating. Stay tuned for this season’s volunteer opportunities by subscribing to the Firelight newsletter.

If there are other ways you’d like to lend a hand at Firelight — set construction, prop loaning, hauling set with your pickup truck, helping with strike, box office support — we’d love to hear from you!

  • Every year at Firelight we celebrate interdisciplinary artists near + far with our Tiny Stories community project. Directed by a Firelight artist and written + performed by the community, this is a site-specific, immersive, collective event. Get your 100-word tiny story ready, or sign up to perform. Writing submissions will open in early May 2026 for our June event.

  • Producing theatre is a collective experience, and it demands the effort, expertise, time, commitment, and insight of many, many people. Do you have a skill and schedule that could help support projects at Firelight? How wonderful! We’d love to hear about it.
